Compact, high purity, low flow back pressure regulator The JSBLF regulator is a fully discharge type compact back pressure regulator designed for low flow gas and liquid applications in accordance with ASME BPE for sanitary use. • The lower part below the diaphragm completely eliminates screw connection areas and residual contaminants. • Fully dischargeable (the first of its kind in compact sanitary regulators) and compatible with CIP/SIP. • The simple trim design allows for trim replacement and cleaning without removing the valve from the piping. <Features> • Inline detachable trim reduces maintenance time • Solid steel materials ensure uniformity and surface finish • Minimizes internal volume • The critical Jorlon diaphragm material is extremely long-lasting, compatible with CIP/SIP, and meets FDA and USP Class 6 standards • Soft seat provides ANSI Class 6 shut-off characteristics For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
